Condition Detachment is a location within Updaam. It is only available at Noon and is one of the places where Charlie Montague can be killed.
Background
Condition Detachment is a live-action role-playing game designed by Charlie Montague. It is operated by the AI 2-B.I.T..
Before settling on the space theme, Charlie also considered alternative themes for the game including an avant-garde aural experience, a murder mystery, and a cult theme.
Description
Condition Detachment is located on the north side of Updaam, separated from the rest of the area by a retractable bridge. The bridge is only extended at Noon, making this the only time the location is available.
The location consists of a multi-level building with Charlie's Sanctuary at the very top. It is filled with Eternalists in the process of playing the game. The other points of interest inside are 2-B.I.T. Chamber, Rocket Engine.
There is also a ClassPass-Secured Room beneath the main building, only accessible from the exterior.
On the roof of Condition Detachment is a Power Box that powers mechanism moving Saturn planet along the Charlie's Smoking Room window and Moon along the wall.

Discoveries
Charlie's mansion has been transformed into a live-action role-playing game called Condition Detachment.
2-BIT's an impressive piece of technology with a lot of control over Charlie's little slice of Updaam. Lucky for me, the machine's willing to talk.
2-BIT has a functioning memory and will remember me between loops.
Charlie made sure 2-BIT could evacuate the entire building in an emergency. I'm an emergency.
2-BIT designated me a "power user," granting me unrestricted use of some of his more dangerous functions.
I unlocked 2-BIT's debug mode for Condition Detachment. The robot should let me issue new commands in Charlie's game.
Charlie keeps the shutdown code for Frank's ClassPass security system in his mansion.
Hidden away in a side room in Charlie's house is a ClassPass-activated door. The highest of high security.
A final reward for completing the Wake Up Challenge is in a depot outside Charlie's house.
Trivia
- 2-B.I.T. will remember Colt's attempts to "play" Condition Detachment between loops, remarking "I adapt, next playthrough!" On subsequent visits, Condition Detachment will have more locked doors, different arrangements of enemies, added landmines, and windows that shut when Colt tries to enter.
